It's the entertainment
A hat bar fills a 60–90 minute block with something everyone actually does together — perfect for the first afternoon before dinner, or a rain-plan for a pool weekend.
The bride-squad activity everyone remembers
We roll in a full trucker-hat bar — blank caps, a wall of patches, and a live heat press — so every guest walks out wearing a hat they made for the bride's weekend.
Run by the Merch Troop live-event crew. We handle setup, the press, and teardown — you handle the champagne.

How the hat bar works
No craft-store gluing, no ordering-ahead guesswork. The whole bar shows up ready and the hats come out looking like they were made in a shop.
Structured trucker caps and low-profile dad hats in the bride's palette — think blush, cream, black, and denim, in brands like Richardson 112 and Flexfit 110.
Mix leather, chenille, and printed patches from our board — "Bride," "Last Rodeo," "I Do Crew," or your own custom design we cut ahead of the weekend.
An operator heat-presses each patch on the spot. It cools on the rack and gets handed back finished — washable and wearable, not peeling off by brunch.
The whole squad matches for the group photo, the pool day, and the flight home. It's the favor that doesn't get left in the hotel.
Why a hat bar beats a favor bag
A hat bar fills a 60–90 minute block with something everyone actually does together — perfect for the first afternoon before dinner, or a rain-plan for a pool weekend.
Custom candles get lost and matching tees end up as pajamas. A hat someone designed themselves stays in the rotation long after the weekend.
Matching caps read instantly in group shots and reels — the bride front and center in her own, the squad behind her.
We source the caps, cut the patches, bring the press and the staff, and clean up. You just tell us the date, the count, and the vibe.

Quick answers
A single station comfortably finishes 12–18 hats an hour once guests have picked their patches. For squads of 20+ we bring a second press so nobody's standing in line missing dinner reservations.
Always. We usually cut a custom "Bride" or "Mrs." patch ahead of time in a color that pops, so hers stands out in every photo while the squad coordinates around it.
Yes — the bar sets up on any sturdy table indoors or on a covered patio. We just need a standard outlet and a little elbow room. Most home and rental setups are perfect.
